Chris B. Tillotson


Chris Tillotson is an energy project development executive with 25+ years of cross-functional leadership experience primarily focused on project development, project management and business strategy. He has strong clean energy knowledge in the areas of infrastructure development, power generation, energy storage, natural gas processing, and CO2 capture.

He is currently working to identify and develop 9 and 10-figure energy infrastructure investments. He leads in the areas of strategy, project development, technical evaluation, funding, siting & land, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance and permitting.

Chris led successful efforts to draft and submit two separate DOE Loan Programs Office Part I applications totaling $5 billion in eligible loan amounts resulting in an invitation to advance to the Part II application process.

He earned his B.S. in Mathematical Sciences with high honors and his M.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
